Domain availability data comes from the global WHOIS registry via the WhoisJSON API. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that availability data is 100% accurate at all times — always verify directly on the registrar before purchasing.
Price data is fetched from registrar APIs and public sources in real time. Prices shown are indicative and may differ from the registrar website due to promotions, currency conversion, or timing. We are not responsible for price discrepancies.
Brand name suggestions and other AI-generated content are created by Claude AI (Anthropic). STARTQUICK does not guarantee that any AI-generated name is free from trademark conflicts, legally available in your jurisdiction, or not already in use by another business.
Always conduct your own trademark search before adopting any brand name. STARTQUICK is not a legal service and this is not legal advice.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. STARTQUICK may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control.

When you use STARTQUICK to generate brand names, taglines, or other content, that content is provided to you for your use. However, STARTQUICK does not guarantee the uniqueness, trademark availability, or copyright clearance of generated content.
Before using any AI-generated content commercially:
The STARTQUICK brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by STARTQUICK and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy our design, use our brand or logo without permission, reverse engineer our AI systems, or scrape our data at scale.
When you submit content to STARTQUICK (such as a business description for name generation), you grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
